Exeter, CA 93221 W: 559-592-8304 C:559-280-3638 H:559-635-9179 E-mail: cwatson sequoiavote.com Tabor notices will be printed at Sequoia's production facility located at 1030 N. Anderson Rd., Exeter, CA 93221 Mailing of TABOR notices and Ballot packets are handled in the following manner: Once all materials are ready to mail, the postmaster from Exeter sends their account representative to our plant. This is where all mail is verified; all paperwork is approved and signed off on. The mailing is then "round stamped", loaded onto a truck and delivered the following day to the appropriate postal SCF (sectional center facility), which I believe is in Longmont, to be delivered to each voter the following day. Estimate for TABOR will depend on the size of book, but if similar to the 1999 booklet would not be over $ .45/ea plus postage. The price for the mail ballot package will be $1.15/ea. This includes everything except postage. Postage estimates will depend on the level of service selected by the city. The options and estimated rates (dependent upon how well their file sorts with the mailing software) are listed on the following page. C SEQUOIA voting systems Option 1.
