Hi John,
G.L.Hoff construction is the successful low bidder for the project. Therefore, I recommend awarding the
Contract to them. (ASAP. I know you guys are very busy.)
Just let me know when the Contract might be ready. I would like to be able to issue Notice to Proceed by
Monday, Feb. 17.
