Sign, revise Const Docs to include fire line, revise Irrigation Drawings, review cast -in -
place Box Culvert as a change in construction drawings, add Site Electrical drawings as
a PDP requirement, and add design for proposed Education Wing to building.
2. Description of change: See attached — EDAW fee request and back-up information
3. Change in contract cost: Yes
4. Change in contract time: Yes (professional services agreement extended to 12131/03).
