In preparing change orders show in order as separate numbered paragraphs the following:
Reason for change: Changes to the east retaining wall; removal of existing storm -sewer system in Elm
Street; changes to the cutoff walls for the box culvert; shorten existing storm -sewer system; install trash
rack on box culvert; add emergency discharge pipe to oil/water separator area; re -grade water quality
pond; remove City's concrete blocks; and raise north retaining wall.

2. Change in contract cost: Nineteen Thousand Three Hundred Ten Dollars ($19,310.00)
