Description of P-847 COMPUTER AIDED DISPATCH
OPENING DATE: August 2, 2002, 3:00pm (Our Clock)
To all prospective bidders under the specifications and contract documents described above, the
following changes are hereby made.
The Due date for RFP P-847 is changed to August 16, 2002, 3:00p.m. (Our Clock).
Q Section 1-16 requires financial information-either most recent audited statement or a
copy of the most recent tax return. This information is NOT available in electronic format. We
are currently waiting for our new annual report (our year goes from 5/1 thru 4/30.) Since you
have clearly stated that hardcopy submissions will not be accepted, what is your suggested
method of providing this data to you?
A We understand that all audited financial statements are provided to the companies
by their auditors in the form of a hard copy, so any finalist invited in for demo’s will be
asked to provide an audited financial statement at that time.
Q. Similar to the above - if brochures are provided by 3rd party vendors (not in soft copy)
how would you like these submitted to you?
A. Any brochures or 3 rd party information that truly provides needed information on
the capabilities and the functionality of the system proposed should be sent to Keith I.
