Reason for change: Added landscaping north side of site, added discharge pipe to wet lands pond,
added outlet pipe to water quality pond, added pipe to stilling basin, demo existing fence and retaining
wall, changed height of fence along trail, changed box culvert trash rack, and deleted HERCP Pipe and
slotted storm drain.
Description of change: See attached summary sheets.
Change in contract cost: Credit — Fifteen Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-four Dollars
