(Our Clock) To all prospective bidders under the specification and contract documents described above, the following changes are hereby made. GENERAL CLARIFICATION 1. Please note that the correct address for Homestead Park is 7045 Avondale Road 2. Please note that the last day for questions will be Tuesday July 23rd 5pm. Technical questions are to be directed to Matt Day, Project Manager @ 224- 6096. Contract/Purchasing questions to be directed to John Stephen, Senior Buyer @ 221-6775. 3. The City of Fort Collins Park Planning and Development is paying for the Development Construction Permit as well as associated City of Fort Collins building permits. 4. Please note that the owner's representative will walk the site with the contractor prior to the start of work and record any pre-existing damage to sidewalks, curbs, asphalt, etc.. The City will be responsible to repair any items that are identified. 5. Contract Times — If all bid items except landscaping and irrigation are completed by January 20'', then the City of Fort Collins may elect to close out the Homestead Park contract. SPECIFICATIONS 1. Section 0100 Project Summary, 1.03 A. Paragraph shall read: The owner is to provide one iron plow for installation per the drawings and specifications. Please note that the contractor is not responsible for any re -conditioning of the plow. 2. Section 0100 Project Summary1.17 Construction Superintendent: Please reference General Conditions, Article 6.2; while work is being performed the Superintendent is expected to be on -site. 3. Section 01310 Construction Schedules: Please adhere to the milestone for temporary erosion control seeding. The City recognizes that this is a tight schedule and we will work with the contractor after the contract is awarded to determine if the milestones can be met. 4. Section 01800 — Definition of Bid Items: a. Bid Item #2- Mobilization: Please note that this bid item includes three (3) Type III Barricades per plans. b. Bid Item # 3 — Surveying: Paragraph shall read - Contractor shall provide a licensed surveyor for construction staking. Contractor to provide a licensed engineer to complete the Stormwater Certification Form and to 215 North Mason Street • 2nd Floor • P.O.
