74 -0- Receive, move into space, uncrating/assembly/setting
into place ready for electrical and mechanical connections by others -
Caulk -seat with Pure Silicone sealant all joints -cracks -seams with
matching color... trim -flash and enclose voids and spaces leaving a
tight -sealed seam. Coordinate all work with job -site sequence and
need/work with contractors to facilitate book -ups, perform final
startup/check outlealibration and employee training. Perform all
corrective work as indicated in Kitchen Tech Project Completion repon
applicable Health Department final inspection report prior to opening.
(excludes storage trailer/fork lift rental if needed. Will be billed @ cost)
Kitchen Equipment Contractor is fully responsible for timely delivery, coordination of equtpmetir_.
with other supplierecontractors, taking of required field measurements and insuring that
equipment "lines" fit tight and properly. KEC is responsible for completion of the "weekly"
PROJECT EQUIPMENT STATUS REPORTS and submittal to the owner and Kitchen Tech..
Provide Sea. bound and cataloged operations & service manuals showing each item/service
agency/KEC emergency 24-hour telephone numbers and deliver to owner at time of opening.
ALL equipment is needed on -site as of the date the owner indicates. 'Upon reward it is absolutely
imperative that these orders be placed without delay .... ship to warehouse as directed. EXACT
item status reports are an integral part of this order .... any item being received incorrectly do to
non-compliance with the specifications/details/drawings/job site and owners needs, will be refused
and ordered from "first delivery" supplier.
Any condition and/or situation that may adversely affect this project in anyway, is the
responsibility of the KEC to immediately notify Kitchen Tech and the Owner of same with the
options for correction or alternatives available.
All equipment to carry the standard manufactures warranty. All refrigeration to carry a full parts
& labor 5-year compressor warranty including all Freon, etc.. All equipment provided shall carry a
full one year parts and labor warranty at a minimum.
The commercial kitchen equipment specified herein has been sized specifically for the owners
operation and restricted job -site size requirements, as well as meeting existing rough -in
electricaVmechanicallplumbing service utility stubs.
Alternates will not be considered in the base bid package. Should alternates be encouraged.... see
"altercate specifications" for details and directions. In no case will warranties be modified and/or
changed from that specified herein. Any alternate/change that may be approved, the KEC is totally
responsible for any and all job -site - roughin - conditions that are required and/or necessary to
accept and receive same.
