L 2085 has two listings for thermally insular-
ed tanks: me for mngle_wall tanks and one for
secondary containment (double wall). The
most common fire prorectedtank models are
not listed for secondary containment: Although
a plastic liner may be installed between the
innersteeltank and the concrete encasement,
and is perceived by tank owners as secondary
containment, according to Uilistings, the`
Liners do not constitute secondary containment.
The Bners may provide a monitorable interstice

melt and if the internal tank failed, product could
