Thank you for allowing Arborworks the opportunity to bid on the street tree pruning
project, bid #5665. I feel that we can offer you the highest quality most experienced staff
available. We have completed many projects over the last three years of similar scope
and magnitude. Our large, highly experienced staff can easily meet and exceed all of the
specifications outlined in the proposal, and complete all of the pruning by the specified
date of June 1".
The following list of certified arborists would be available to be used as supervisors for
this job.

WE HEREBY ENTER OUR BID FOR THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS' REQUIREMENTS
FOR STREET TREE PRUNING PER THE BID INVITATION AND ANY REFERENCED
SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Fort Collins is requesting bids for a complete prune on 73 trees located in the Post
Office Block, First Interstate Bank Block and the Old Fort Collins High School Block per the
attached specifications. Work must start upon completion of the service agreement and all work
must be completed by June 1, 2002. Awarded contractor must sign the attached Service
Agreement and provide insurance per Exhibit "B".
