At the end of the outline, you will have an opportunity to demonstrate any features and functions that weren't mentioned in the outline and set your product apart from the competition. Part I — Company History Please talk briefly about your company history, products and philosophies concerning Database Management Tools. Part II — Architecture Diagram So there some context on where things will be loaded and running and the communication that will be taking place, please provide an Architecture Diagram that shows Servers required for your Products, clients, monitoring agents, communication standards. Do the servers need to be dedicated to your product? Include any minimum requirements on the servers or clients. Please use the grid below that describes the City of Fort Collins environment. Please describe any future plans to support other platforms and databases. Do you plan on supporting open sources databases like MySQL or Postegres in the future? The City of Fort Collins is looking at replatforming some of their current databases, how does that work for licensing, do we get full credit for the one that was already purchased when switching to another platform? Please discuss any plans for web based monitoring if you don't already have it and what web application server are being looked at for the future. Currently the City's standard is Apache with the server side programming being done in PHP.
