is made in good faith, without collusion or connection with any other
person or persons Bidding for the same Work, and that it is made in
pursuance of and subject to all the terms and conditions of the Invitation
to Bid and Instructions to Bidders, the Agreement, the detailed
Specifications, and the Drawings pertaining to the Work to be done, all of
which have been examined by the undersigned.
3. Accompanying this Bid is a certified or cashier's check or standard Bid

5. All the various phases of Work enumerated in the Contract Documents with
their individual jobs and overhead, whether specifically mentioned,
included by implication or appurtenant thereto, are to be performed by the
CONTRACTOR under one of the items listed in the Bid Schedule, irrespective
of whether it is named in said list.
6. Payment for Work performed will be in accordance with the Bid Schedule or
Bid Schedules subject to changes as provided in the Contract Documents.

My Responsibilities on this project included quantity take off, on site
Superintendent /Project Manager.
FAA Office Relocation , Project Size was $1,069,000. March 1989- July 1989.
This project was a fast track interior remodel with a 60 day duration this was
accomplished despite 70 Change Orders. The project involved demolition and
remodel of 3 story building with 1 story Garage Warehouse.
My Responsibilities on this project included Estimating, Project Management.
Cherry Creek Park, Project size was $1,053,123. February 1990.
This project involved relocating utilities and building park with fountaining and
monuments over old dump area next to Platte River and Cherry Creek Mall.
My Responsibilities included Project Manager
F-111A Apron Grading & Drainage at Denver International Airport, project
size $2,700,000, October 1991- March 1992.
This project involved a combination of cast in place, precast offsite and onsite
over 500 Inlets and manholes which were under the aprons and handled sewer.
Water and De icing the average manhole was 8' x 10' x 15'.
My Responsibilities included Estimating, Project Manager and over seeing
Quality Control of off site suppliers.
