BID SCHEDULE
Our firm will remove asbestos containing materials by competent persons trained,
knowledgeable and qualified in the techniques of asbestos abatement. This includes the
handling and disposal of asbestos -containing and asbestos -contaminated materials and the
subsequent cleaning of contaminated areas. The Contractor must comply with all applicable
federal, state, and local regulations and be capable of performing the work specified in this
Contract.
1. Removal of asbestos -containing thermal system insulation (TSI) materials and contaminated
soils from the basement and crawlspaces areas below the main house level within full
containment.
Lump Sum $ 7,50D.00
2. Per cubic foot price for contaminated soils removal
100 cubic foot X $der C.F. = $ 1,8M-OD Total
Bid Alternate - a bid price is requested for a possible alternate material located on the second
floor (wall texture). The option for removal of this material Is at the sole discretion of the Owner.
Lump Sum $ 2A5D.00
