General: 1. There is no known Geotechnical report for this site. 2. Contractor shall include in the base bid four (4) eight (8) hour days of weekend construction for the entire anticipated crew. 3. All demolition of existing equipment shall be by contractor. The owner shall remove miscellaneous furnishings in the construction area. Contractor shall coordinate mechanical and electrical disconnect with the owner. Owner shall disconnect or shut down existing before contractor removal. 5. In section 13.12.1 and 13.12.3 Correction Period, of the General Conditions, change two (2) years to one (1)year. There may, however, be specific warranty requirements in various specification sections of this document. B. Specifications: 1. Section 01024, MULTIPLE BID PACKAGES, Paragraph 1.02 B work of bid Package 2 Clarification: A release date for Bid package #2 has not been defined. 2. Sections 01590, FIELD OFFICES AND SHEDS, Paragraph 2.01 TEMPORARY FIELD OFFICE. Delete Paragraph 2.01. No field office is required 3. Section 07130, 07150 Waterproofing, Dampproofing paragraph 1.01 WORK INCLUDED: 215 North Mason Street • 2nd Floor • P.O. Dampproofing shall occur at retaining walls. C. Drawings: 1. Sheet X1, Delete General note #2 Delete 1 the southernmost 3'-4"X7'-0" saw cut door opening in northeast wall. The concrete pad (approximately 4'-0"X4'-0") in approximately the center of room B12 is to be removed. 2. SheetA1.1, Delete temporary infill at deleted opening.
