Thank you for the opportunity to bid for your upcoming event. Lopiano's Catering has been
Catering for 14 years. We specialize in Theme Events. We will decorate the food tables with
Fall fabrics and locally grown pumpkins, squash, and gourds. We can set up a double sided
Buffet table or food stations around the room.
Our staff will restock buffet lines, remove dishes, and assist guests to composting receptacles.
We would be happy to meet with you to diagram room set up and help you decide the best
Lay out of the food. We plan to use recycled napkins and reusable dishware.
Lopiano's Catering has worked many events at the Ft. Collins Senior Center. We are familiar
with the rules and requirements of using the kitchen and we have worked with Stephanie
on several occasions.
Lopiano's buys locally grown food whenever it is in season. We will also use organic food if
available.
1. Here is a list of appetizer menu items available:
Quesadilla Bar - Cheese or Free Range Chicken and Cheese served on all natural Red Chili
Tortillas. Toppings: fresh pico de gallo and salsa, and sour cream
Stew - Beef, potato, carrots, celery, and peas served in a bread bowl (mini or regular)
Mashed Potato Bar - fresh mashed potato served with turkey and gravy, and toppings such as
Shredded cheddar, sour creme, and chives
Vegetable Strudel - fresh assorted seasonal vegetables (carrots, zucchini, celery, broccoli,
Cauliflower, and yellow squash) chopped and wrapped in puff pastry
Mini Duchess Sweet Potatoes or Stuffed Mini Red Potatoes - finger size
Stuffed Zucchini - filled with tomato, zucchini, squash, and eggplant topped with melted cheese
Eggplant Parmesan Chips served with marinara sauce
Broccoli Cheese Soup served in bread bowls
