and subject to all conditions thereof, the undersigned

required by the Contract Documents to which this refers for the
construction of all items listed on the following Bid Schedule or Bid
Schedules.
2. The undersigned Bidder does hereby declare and stipulate that this proposal
is made in good faith, without collusion or connection with any other
person or persons Bidding for the same Work, and that it is made in
pursuance of and subject to all the terms and conditions of the Invitation
to Bid and Instructions to Bidders, the Agreement, the detailed
Specifications, and the Drawings pertaining to the Work to be done, all of
which have been examined by the undersigned.
3. Accompanying this Bid is a certified or cashier's check or standard Bid
bond in the sum of 5% ($

9. The undersigned Bidder agrees to execute the Agreement and a Performance
Bond and a Payment Bond for the amount of the total of this Bid within
fifteen (15) calendar days from the date when the written notice of the
award of the contract is delivered to him at the address given on this Bid.

5. All the various phases of Work enumerated in the Contract Documents with
their individual jobs and overhead, whether specifically mentioned,
included by implication or appurtenant thereto, are to be performed by the
CONTRACTOR under one of the items listed in the Bid Schedule, irrespective
of whether it is named in said list.
6. Payment for Work performed will be in accordance with the Bid Schedule or
Bid Schedules subject to changes as provided in the Contract Documents.

Founded in 1992, Dohn Construction, Inc., provides commercial and high -end residential
construction management and general contracting services throughout Colorado. It is our goal to
deliver the highest quality product to our customers with the best value — on time, every time and
within budget.
Our strength comes from the partnerships we form with customers, architects, engineers,
subcontractors and our employees. Our success lies in our ability to understand our customers'
needs and work directly with them to achieve the project they envisioned. We pride ourselves in
the number of repeat customers we have.
From its inception, Dohn Construction, Inc., has realized steady growth. Anticipated sales for
2002 are $32 million. We currently have 35 employees between the field and the office. An
overview of key staff follows.
Douglas Dohn — President & Chief Executive Officer
Doug is involved throughout the duration of the project overseeing the pre -construction,
construction and project closeout phases of the project. Doug works closely with owners to
assess their needs and determine any value engineering for the project.
Doug brings 27 years of experience in the construction industry. Doug gained his knowledge of
the industry by working in the field from laborer to carpenter to supervisor to management. He
has worked on single-family homes to large industrial projects. Numerous industry specific
classes and seminars enhance his experiences.
Constance Dohn — Chief Financial Officer
Connie is responsible for the financial health of the company. She oversees the fully integrated
accounting system and all reporting. She coordinates all job costing and field reporting. Ultimate
accounts receivable and payables are her responsibility.
Connie is a certified public accountant and has a BS in Business Administration. She brings to
the company 15 years experience in the accounting and auditing field. Previously Connie
managed and supervised a staff of 50 in the restaurant industry.
Jackie Thorne — Controller
Jackie manages all aspects of company's accounting system. Her duties include overseeing the
daily operations of the accounting department from job costing to the preparation of the financial
statements.
Jackie has a BS in Accounting and a BS in Finance. She brings to the company 14 years
experience in accounting from multi -family HUD projects to single family home construction.
Brett Brown — Project Manager
Brett oversees the daily coordination of the superintendents and works closely with the
subcontractors. His duties also include monitoring and modifying project schedules, preparing
billings and controlling costs. Brett is responsible for project estimating as well.
Brett has a BS in Construction Management combined with 8 years of field experience. Brett
brings unique insights into project management with his diverse background.
Sean Rogers — Project Manager
Sean has been a Project Manager/Estimator for the last 6 years. Sean prides himself on his
relationships with owners and architects, and also offers communication between the field
supervision and the owner, computer literacy, acquiring building permits, estimating, contract
negotiations, quality control, safety enforcement, scheduling and administrative responsibilities.
Sean oversees all aspects of the project from estimating to field supervision, timeliness of
submittals, BFI's, change order procedures, and accounting. Sean has a BS in Construction
Management from Colorado State University with 11 years of construction experience. Sean
offers many great qualities to a project that will ensure a project that will be constructed on time
and to the expectations of the architect and owner.
David Stolte — Project Manager
David also oversees the daily coordination of the superintendents and works closely with the
subcontractors. His duties also include monitoring and modifying project schedules, preparing
billings and controlling costs. David is also responsible for project estimating. David is a
graduate of the Dunwoody Industrial Institute. He has had over 20 years of experience with
estimating and project management. He has specialized in the construction of educational
facilities throughout Northern Colorado.
Todd Annand — Assistant Project Manager
As an Assistant Project Manager, Todd has a variety of duties, which include assisting Project
Managers with all correspondence relating to current and completed projects. He also assists
with take -offs and coordination of bid projects. In addition, Todd prepares and coordinates
subcontracts, change orders, and project schedules while retaining constant communication with
the Project Managers and Field Superintendents. Todd has a BS in Construction Management
from Colorado State University and three years of construction experience.
Bernie Marzonie — Field Superintendent
Bernie monitors and coordinates the project at the construction site. He also schedules and
supervises the subcontractors and Dohn Construction hic.'s, own labor forces.
Bernie has been in the industry for 34 years. The last 20 years he has supervised various
commercial and residential projects. Bernie also has a BA in Humanities & Social Science.
David Stringer — Field Superintendent
Dave monitors and coordinates the project at the construction site. He also schedules and
supervises the subcontractors and Dohn Construction Inc.'s, own labor forces.
Dave has 30 years of field experience in the industry primarily in the wood framed construction
area. He has managed projects for the last 22 years. He has a proven track record of bringing
projects to a timely close within budget.
Steve Strong — Field Superintendent
Steve monitors and coordinates the project at the construction site. He also schedules and
supervises the subcontractors and Dohn Construction Inc.'s, own labor forces.
Steve has 37 years of construction industry experience. The last 14 years he has been in a
supervisory capacity. Steve also operated his own contracting business for 14 years and has a
strong sense of working with owners.
Bob Adleman — Field Superintendent
Bob monitors and coordinates the project at the construction site. He also schedules and
supervises the subcontractors and Dohn Construction Inc.'s, own labor forces.
Bob has a working knowledge of the industry with over 17 years in the field. As a lifelong
resident of Fort Collins, Bob has strong ties within the community.
Ron Shimpa — Field Superintendent
Ron monitors and coordinates the project at the construction site. He also schedules and
supervises the subcontractors and Dohn Construction Inc.'s, own labor forces.
Ron has a BS in Construction Management and over 18 years of field experience. He has been
in commercial construction and supervision for the last 11 years.
Rick Elam — Field Superintendent
Rick monitors and coordinates the project at the construction site. He also schedules and
supervises the subcontractors and Dohn Construction, Inc.'s, own labor forces.
Rick has over 25 years of construction experience. He has overseen projects in many different
areas of the United States. Rick has a strong background with restaurant projects.

as Principal, and Employers Mutual Casualty Company as
Surety, are hereby held and firmly bound unto the City of Fort Collins, Colorado
as OWNER, in the sum of $ 5% amount Bid for the payment of which, well and
truly to be made, we hereby jointly and severally bind ourselves, successors, and
assigns.
THE CONDITION of this obligation is such that whereas the Principal has
submitted to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado the accompanying Bid and hereby
made a part hereof to enter into a Construction Agreement for the construction of
Fort Collins Project, CITY PARK POOL RENOVATION; Bid No. 5731.
NOW THEREFORE,
(a) If said Bid shall be rejected, or
(b) If said Bid shall be accepted and the Principal shall execute and deliver a
Contract in the form of Contract attached hereto (properly completed in
accordance with said Bid) and shall furnish a BOND for his faithful
performance of said Contract, and for payment of all persons performing
labor or furnishing materials in connection therewith, and shall in all
other respects perform the Agreement created by the acceptance of said Bid,
then this obligation shall be void; otherwise the same shall remain in
force and effect, it being expressly understood and agreed that the
liability of the Surety for any and all claims hereunder shall, in no
event, exceed the penal amount of this obligation as herein stated.
The Surety, for value received, hereby stipulates and agrees that the obligations
of said Surety and its BOND shall be in no way impaired or affected by any
extension of the time within which the OWNER may accept such Bid; and said Surety
does hereby waive notice of any such extension.
Surety Companies executing bonds must be authorized to transact business in the
State of Colorado and be accepted by the OWNER.
