The staff of the City of Fort Collins has requested that First National Bank resubmit a proposal
for the costs to provide credit card processing services.
We have been successful in negotiating a reduction in rate with our processor and are pleased
to provide the following rates:

We would propose these rates for a period of three years with an option to renegotiate for an
additional two year period. The rate commitment does not include any unforeseen changes
assessed by Visa or MasterCard.
