The City of Fort Collins, Colorado (hereinafter called "the Owner") has considered the
bids submitted for referenced work in response to its Advertisement for Bids.
You are hereby notified that your bid has been accepted for items and prices stated in
the Bid Schedule. Individual orders for utility bodies, whether by the City of Fort Collins or other
entities, will be awarded based on low bid for that body type plus the cost of options. Orders will
be placed with the vendor having the lowest overall unit cost, including options.
This bid will be made available to other entities via the City of Fort Collins Purchasing
webpage.
You are required to return an acknowledged copy of this Notice of Award to the
Purchasing Department.
