In an etTort to provide the best possible system at the best possible price, I have used some "re -marketed" products. The re -marketed products will have no impact on warranty, support, or functionality of the system. As part of our added value, Hasp will receive all the equipment and stage the installation at our facility in Loveland to ensure that all the equipment has been received and that there are no DOAs. Specifications: The systems to be purchased are HP 90DD servers and additional equipmenl to be used in the City's JD Edwards OnsWorld finance system- 1 . quoted systems may include remanufaclured equipment. However, your bid must clearly indicate which components am new and which are remanufactured. Remanufactured parts must be covered by the same warranty as new equipment. 2. On a separate sheet, indicate what value added services your company can provide in relation to the JD Edwards system. 3. The disk subsystem, tape backup unit and one-half (112) of the 5300 tape array will be utilized by the rp5470. 4. The rp2470 will utilize the other one-half (112) of the 5300 tape array. 5.
