RESUME DENNIS SINNETT Principal in Charge EDUCATION: Graduated from High School in 1960. BACKGROUND Mr. Sinnett is Principal in Charge of Sinnett Builders, Inc. which he founded in 1973. He has worked in the construcion industry almost all his life, combining over 15 years of field experience with almost three decades of management knowledge. RELATED EXPERIENCE: A Principal in Charge, Mr. Sinnett's primary duty is the daily administration of the company's employees and construction projects. He oversees the general management of the office and performs other business administration tasks. Most of his time is committed to business development. Sinnett Builders, Inc. has completed more than 800 major construction projects under his supervision, with approximately half of those being negotiated with new and repeat clients. Mr. Sinnett does conceptual and budget estimating, along with project development through city, county and state level processes. He many times establishes and coordinates design - development teams for clients, depending on their individual needs. He alao has assisted in the financial side of the projects, working with clients to create pro -forma estimates, loan qualifications, and tax benefits. Mr. Sinnett oversees the team of project managers and estimators, and observes the progress and cost evaluations on each project. He also has direct contact with all field supervisors, making on -site visits and tending field coordination meetings on a weekly basis. OTHER COMITMENTS Outside the Sinnet Builders, Inc., he is also on the Board of Directors of First National Bank of Longmont and has partnerships in land development and buildings in the Northern Colorado Area.
