OPENING DATE: 3:00 p.m. (our clock), September 28, 2001
NEW OPENING DATE: 3:00 p.m. (our clock), October 12, 2001
The following changes have been made to the calendar outlining the critical dates for the City of Fort
Collins Investment, Safekeeping and Custodial Services RFP process. The City reserves the right
to adjust this timetable as required and will provide written notice of any changes to all institutions
that may desire to submit a proposal.

October 4, 2001 Written proposal inquiries due by 3:00 p.m.
October 12, 2001 Proposals due. Sealed proposals with six (6) copies.
October 26, 2001 Written evaluations completed.
November 7, 2001 Interviews, if necessary.
November 30, 2001 Evaluations completed. Contract sent to selected Provider.
November 30, 2001 to
December 31, 2001 Preparation and revisions to contract; Implementation.
January 1, 2002 Contract begins.
RECEIPT OF THIS ADDENDUM MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY A WRITTEN STATEMENT
ENCLOSED WITH THE PROPOSAL STATING THAT THIS ADDENDUM HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
