LUMP SUM TOTAL $ .3 33 , o a FIRM NAME i— IJIN rye ( L L you a Corporation, Partnership, DBA, LLC, or SIGNA Invitation to Bid Old Harmony Gas Station Bid 45718 Fun Fortress, LLC DBA: Fort Fun If we are awarded this bid, our intention is to use the Old Harmony Gas Station as an integral part of the Fort Fun Amusement Park on East Mulberry (Hwy 14) and Link Lane. The old station would become a central feature in the park attached to our Family Go - Cart Track. It would serve as an anchor to help bring to life our automobile related attractions. We will have old style gas pumps, racing flags, automobile plates, and other automobile related memorabilia in the building as well as around the go -carting area. The building itself will serve as a gathering place for family reunions, birthday parties, and more. We believe this is a natural fit as the building was a gas station and was also used as an automobile museum for many years. As you may be aware, we have been diligent in our designing, to include Fort Collins' history in our attractions. Our first miniature golf course was designed to highlight significant historical buildings and local geographic markers in our area. In our main building, which will be completed in the spring of 2003, we will have "Auntie Stone's Kitchen" which will feature pictures and stories of notable historical figures, places, and events that have helped to make our community special. It is our intention to not only preserve this building for the benefit of our community, but also help to educate our future generations on the importance of our cities history. We have enjoyed our pursuits to bring Fort Collins' history alive in a playful, interactive way at Fort Fun. Not only would the Old Harmony Gas Station enhance our park, but also we believe Fort Fun would provide the old gas station a good home for years to come. Please see the enclosed map of the Old Harmony Gas Station's proposed new home. Thank you for your time and consideration, Jeffrey and Jan Mc Clure Owners of Fort Fun
