WATER PER THE 1311) INVITATION:
The City of Fort Collins, CLRS Department, iS reque"ng bids to sell a portion of their
Louden and North Loudon irrigation water. Four and three fourth (4 %) shares will be
sold to the highest bidder(s). This water can be purchased in individual shares or all
shares. The City reserves the right to Award in the best interest of the City.
if no acceptable bid is racelved the bid Wli remain open until an acceptable bid is
received or the- offer to &GI! is withdrawn.
The offer to sail the Louden and North Louden irrigation water may be withdrawn at any
time at the discretion of the City.
