Re: Sale of 4 % Shares of the Northern Louden Ditch. Bid #5703
Dear Mr. Timan,
You are hereby notified that your firms offer has been accepted to purchase from the
City, 4 % shares of water from the Northern Louden Ditch Company, in the total amount
of one hundred eighteen thousand, nine hundred eighty seven dollars and 50 cents
($118,987.50). You are required to submit, within seven (7) working days after this
notice is received, funds totaling one hundred eighteen thousand, nine hundred eighty
seven dollars and 50 cents ($118,987.50) in certified funds or cash to the City
Purchasing office prior to taking delivery of the Certificates. After receipt of the funds,
the City will issue a Bill of Sale and take the Certificates to the Ditch Company to have
the names changed. Please contact Virgil Taylor at 970-221-6365 to verify the name
for the certificates and to arrange pick-up. Please call John Stephen, CPPB, Senior
Buyer 970-221-6777 for any other questions.
The City does agree to give up their right to continue to receive water through the North
Louden Ditch from north of Trilby Road only.
