CHANGE ORDER FOR OLD TOWN PARKING STRUCTURE
1) The reason for this change order is to delay the modernization of the elevator at the
Old Town Parking Structure. The purpose of the delay is to ease potential parking
tensions created by the Oak Outfall project, which is under construction in the Oak/
Remington parking lot. Some of the permit holders for the Oak/Rem lot will be
displaced and will be required to park in the Old Town Parking Structure as an
alternative.
2) The City of Fort Collins Utility has agreed to reimburse the City of Fort Collins
Parking Services department for additional cost incurred due to storage and delivery
of materials by Millar Elevator Company.
3) The change in contract price will be $3,600.00.
4) The elevator modernization at the Old Town Parking Structure can commence
June 2002. Modernization of the elevator will be completed six weeks after the start
date of the project.
