Description of Proposal P846, Public Opinion Survey
OPENING DATE: 3:00 p.m. (our clock) June 24, 2002
To all prospective Proposers under the specifications and contract documents described above, the
following addition is hereby made:
Scope of Work:
The goal of the survey is to assess the "community's readiness" for a new smoking
regulation. The Council would like feedback from the community on a "model" smoke free
ordinance (from the Colorado Tobacco Education and Prevention Alliance). The survey
should provide the Council with a statistically valid, non -biased view of the City of Fort
Collins resident's opinions on the "model" smoke free ordinance as well as input on
modified versions of that ordinance. The City Attorney's Office will provide direction to the
consultant on a few of the survey questions.
RECEIPT OF THIS ADDENDUM MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY A WRITTEN STATEMENT
ENCLOSED WITH THE PROPOSAL STATING THAT THIS ADDENDUM HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
