SUBJECT: Agreement
Attached is an Agreement between the City of Fort Collins and Justice Systems,
Inc. (JSI). JSI is the company the City purchased our Court Record Management
computer system from. Redflex, is the company the City has contracted with for
the Camera Radar/Redlight Program. Under that contract Redflex is required to
provide a Court Record Management computer system for that program. Redflex
wants to interface with JSI for this. The attached Agreement allows JSI to work
with Redflex to create that interface and clarifies that the City will not be liable for
any cost associated with that work.

Please contact Jim, then both of you review and sign. After all signatures are in
