workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment from RADirect stocking center.

a RADirect will repair or replace (at RADirect's sole option) defective products, provided:
The products are given normal care, and used in the proper and intended manner, RADirect is promptly notified upon discovery by the
customer that a product is defective and an RMA number is issued; upon RADirect's examination of the product, it is determined by
RADirect that the defect did not occur as a result of accident, misuse, neglect, alteration, Improper installation, unauthorized repair or
modification, or improper testing by the Customer.
Any unauthorized change made to the product results in immediate termination of the warranty.
