John,
After review of Bids, please accept our recommendation to award the contract to Cottonwood Drywall.
Genesis Worldwide numbers on the bid form were incorrect, making Cottonwood the low responsive &
responsible bidder.
Cottonwood's mark-up rate on materials >$500.00 was more than the maximum 8% the City will pay. I
discussed this with Les Powers and he has agreed to set their mark-up rate at the 8% level.
