Subject: Call to Civitas RE Transportation and Parking
Joe had noticed another aspect of this which we will want to ask about.
Carl Walker is listed under URS in the proposal, not separately with their own budget line. URS said
Walker was brought in for financing and structures. It looks like a very minor role.
Whereas Walker was brought in for the operations manual -type stuff in the EDAW team.
Joe thought we should ask about this - why the limited role for Walker? It plays in to the larger question of
whether URS has the main parking stuff covered.
