Status of DSP
This is a brief summary of our phone conversation with Eric Anderson of Civitas on 3/29/02
We told Eric we were not satisfied with the lack of response from the transportation subconsultant. We
told him that unless there were extenuating circumstances, it was going to be difficult for us to reach
agreement on the contract negotiations.
Eric responded that he would have to consider this, but that another subconsultant could possibly be Fehr
& Peers. We said that we would be satisfied with that selection.
We also discussed other changes to the scope of services, which are too detailed to explain here
