FYI where the money for the deal is supposed to be coming from.

Yes, John did committ that the City would front this money and we had planned that it will come from the
sale proceeds from Block 31. I'll talk w/Doug regarding what account we're going to use and getting you a
requisition.

Diane, My understanding is that $275,000 of the Downtown Strategic Plan is to be paid by the DDA and
that John committed to the DDA that the City would up front the $275,000. (From the Community
Opportunities funds) The DDA would repay this over the next several years. The contract negotiations
should be completed next week. I need a requisition for the funding prior to issuing the contract.
Additionally parts of the scope of work need to be completed the last week of April and first week of
