Subject: TMPU Interview schedule
Good Morning,
I have finalized the panel and schedule for interview of consultants for the Transportation Master Plan
Update. Then panel will be comprised of Jim O'Neill, Ron Phillips, Eric Bracke, Ken Waido, and myself.
We will interview four teams on Monday afternoon May 6th. I have reserved Conference Room 1A at 215
N. Mason St. for the entire afternoon. I am hoping we can conduct 45 minute interviews with 15 minutes
to process thoughts after each round.
I will make sure all panelists receive copies of the bid proposals today. Thanks to you all in avance for
your participation and help with this. I think we have an excellent panel.
