Subject: TMPU Interview schedule
Hi folks,
We have received four bids for the Transportation Master Plan Update. I will deliver copies to you today.
We received bids from PBS&J, Carter & Burgess, Fellsburg Holt & Ullevig, and JF Sato. Jim has
suggested, and I concur, that we interview all four applicants.
Jim and Ron Phillips have time available to interview on Monday May 6th. It is my preference that we
interview as early as possible if Randy and Ken can make it work with their schedules. Please let me
know as soon as possible if this date works for you. The interviews will likely require 4-5 hours of your
time. The other potential date that seems to work is Tuesday May 14th.
Thanks to all in advance for your review of the bids and the time committment required. Please let me
know which of these times work for you. Again, if there is any way to make May 6th work, that is my
preference.
