Susan - we will cut a requisition to Civitas for $11,000. We will be spending the balance of our $14,000
contribution (i.e. $3,000) directly from our Transportation Planning budget to pay for parking data
collection. I have copied Sandy O'Brien on this, and you and Sandy can work together to get the
requisition for $11,000 with the proper coding. Sandy, please see me if any questions. Thanks.

Hello, I understand that Transportation is contributing $14,000 to the Downtown Strategic Plan. Would
you please enter a requisition to Civitas for your share ($14,000) and purchasing will combine it with our
requisition for this project.
should you have any questions or need any additional information, please let me know
(Jim, we will enter our requisition once Doug Smith has transferred funds from the General Fund for this
project.)
