Attached, you will find a copy of the agreement with all changes hi -lighted. I have spoken with
Mike Taylor, the owner of Taste of the Town who provides the liquor concession at the Lincoln
Center. He was good enough to pass on copies of the amendments to his contract and I've
attached those for your review as well. I've hi -lighted one area that I would like to incorporate
into the Senior Center contract. That's the issue of payment. Rather than ask businesses to
submit an amount they would be willing to pay to provide this service for the senior center, I
would prefer that we ask for a percentage of the net! I think this allows for shared responsibility
in the success of the operation and will probably be amenable to prospective bidders. Let me
know what you think.
I would also like to see something in the contract that allows or provides the senior center with
the opportunity to provide punch, cider and pop for senior center events in lieu of the liquor
provider. When you've made these revisions to the contract, could I take a look at it one more
time before it's sent out?
Under "OTHER" of exhibit A, please include something about the number of bartenders they
will provide based on the number of participants.

service. Please contact them for verification and to answer any questions they may have. Please
send this opportunity to anyone you believe would be interested in providing this service.
