Bill - Your timeline looks fine. I'll pass it on to Keith Ashby to incorporate into the agreement. I'd like to
arrange the schedule of meetings as followings:
1) Neighborhood meeting with the BAVA neighborhoods prior to the commencement of the survey, mid- to
late March, 2002.
2) Meet with our Landmark Preservation Commission (LPC) after the draft inventory forms are submitted,
July or Aug 2002
3) Another meeting witht he BAVA residents to discuss the results of the survey, July or Aug, 2002.
4) A second meeting with the LPC after you have submitted the designation nominations, February 2003.
5) One meeting held in reserve, to respond to any neighborhood issues or concerns, should they arise.
I'll be out of the office the rest of this week at the CPI conference in Denver, but leave any
questions/comments on my phone mail (970) 221-6078, and I'll get back to you as quickly as I can.

It was good to meet you this morning. Based on talking with Eric on the way
back down, we have developed this time line for inclusion with the SOW for
the contract. Please let me know if this works for you. Have a good
holiday weekend.
