The following Proposal is for a Sharp ARM350 (35epm) Digital Imager to replace a Sharp SF2025
(25epm) currently in use. The Sharp ARM350 will be configured with Autofeed, Autoduplex, Four Paper
Drawers & Bypass (500/600/600/500/50), Multi -Position Finisher (stapling), and Cabinet. The ARM350
will provide Superior copy quality, Improved reliability, Increased productivity, Additional features, and the
ability to Connect to their computer network If you choose. Network Scanning and Faxing is also available
as an option. The lease program is for 3 years and has a $1.00 purchase option.

The following Proposal is for a Sharp ARM450 Digital Imager (45 cpm) to replace the Xerox 5352
(52 cpm) copier currently in use. The Sharp ARM450 will be configured with Autofeed, Autoduplex, Three
Paper Drawers (2000/600/500), Multt-position Stapling Finisher with Saddle Stich, Network Printing, and
Cabinet. The ARM450 will provide Superior copy quality, Improved reliability, Increased productivity,
Additional features, and Connectability to your computer network. Network Scanning and Faxing is an
option and is available to be added at any time.
