1. Reason for Change:
The contractor and engineer recommended cost review of alternative pipe
materials for potential cost savings. The Change in pipe will produce a credit for
this contract. One pipe also recommended to be larger.
2. Description of Change:
1. Substitute SDR-21 plastic pipe for all copper waterlines;
equal diameter to those in original bid, except upsize all 1-1/2
inch pipe to 2 It
