Dear Mr. Battke:
The City of Fort Collins intends to purchase the following vehicles. A purchase order will be issued
on or about January 16, 2002, subject to City Council approval of a sole -source purchase. The
vehicles are:
Two (2) — Elgin F Eagle Street Sweepers, equipped as specified in your quote of November 21,
2001. Price for each unit will be $94,382 for a total of $188,764.
This vehicle may not be delivered until after a purchase order has been issued.
