Deteriorated plywood decking, if any, will be removed and replaced on the time & materials basis of $75 per hour, plus materials, which will not be marked up more than 15%. 3. The existing roof will remain in place and will be prepared to accept the installation of the new roofing system by removing debris, etc. 2. Deteriorated plywood decking, if any, will be removed and replaced on the time & materials basis of $75 per hour, plus materials, which will not be marked up more than 15%. 3. The metal pans will be filled with EPS insulation and the entire roof surface will be overlaid with 1" ridged insulation to create a sound surface for the installation of the new membrane. This will increase the R-Value by a minimum of 6. 4. The new membrane will run up and over the parapet walls and will be nailed off on the outside edge and then new coping will be installed on 2 sides. 5. The existing parapet wall coping will be removed and reinstalled after the roofing membrane is installed at the roof peak. 6. The bottom edge will be terminated with termination bar. 7.
