Description of Bid 6063 Asbestos Abatement at Soapstone Ranch House and Warehouse at
500 Riverside
OPENING DATE 3 00 P M (Our Clock) September 11, 2007
To all prospective bidders under the specifications and contract documents described above,
the following changes are hereby made
CLARIFICATION:
For clarification Contractor must supply water and electricity for work at the Warehouse
at 500 Riverside City will supply water and electricity for work at the Soapstone Ranch
House
BID SCHEDULE
Our firm will remove asbestos abatement by competent persons trained, knowledgeable
and qualified in the techniques of ACM removal, surface preparation, waste disposal and
OSHA asbestos compliance The Contractor must comply with all applicable federal,
state, and local regulations and be capable of performing the work specified in the
specifications The City reserves the right to award in the best interest of the City
