1 The insulation must be securely attached to the roof deck A
minimum FMRC 1-60 attachment Is recommended Refer to
FMRC Approval Guide for FM fastening patterns Factory Mutual
requires fastener density increased in corner areas for FM 1-60 as
well as perimeter and corner area fastener density increases for
FM 1-90 or greater Refer to FM Loss Prevention Data Sheets 1-7,
1-28, and 1-49
2 Use only fasteners with a minimum 3 Inch (7 6 cm) stress plate
when mechanically attaching Insulation Do not attach insulation
with nails

1 Install insulation layers applied w1th beads of Oly Bond 500

100 square feet, depending on the substrate Allow the foam to
