Prices for orders, or items or quantities thereon, for which the Controlling Date is beyond:3(i0 days after date of order, may be increased at time of shipment by percentages which will not cumulatively exceed 1% for each full 30-day period or frac- tion thereofby which the Controlling Date is beyond 360 days after date of order.
