THE MANUFACTURER SHALL GUARANTEE THE PROPOSED FIRE HOSE SHALL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS AS HEREIN SET FORTH. THE MANUFACTURER SHALL ALSO, AS PART OF THIS PROPOSAL, GUARANTEE SUCH FIRE HOSE FOR A PERIOD OF TEN (10) YEARS OR MORE AGAINST FAILURE DUE TO DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP, AND SHALL PROVIDE FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF ANY SUCH HOSES AS MAY BE DEFECTIVE IN THIS RESPECT AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO POUDRE FIRE AUTHORITY. INDIVIDUAL HOSE SECTIONS LESS THAN THE SPECIFIED LENGTH WILL BE REJECTED. EACH LENGTH OF HOSE SHALL BE INDELIBLY MARKED IN LETTERS AND FIGURES AT LEAST 1" HIGH.
