AMENDMENT NO. 1
TO SUPPORT AGREEMENT
This Amendment No 1 ("Amendment") is attached to, and made apart of, the Support Agreement ("Agreement') dated
November 4, 2007, by and between First Data Government Solutiom, LP and its subsidiary ("FDGS") and City of Fort Collins
Utility ("Customer") All terms and conditions contained in the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall apply to
the extent applicable to tills Amendment, except as expressly modified herein To the extent that the terms and conditions of tills
Amendment are in, conflict with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, or any other incorporated item, this Amendment shall
control relative to the Support provided hereunder
