EXHIBIT A -EXPERIENCE
Sept 1994 to Feb 1998 - Lopiano's Catering has operated all the Food and Beverage Service
(Lounge and Banquet Cash Bar Concessions) at the Ft Collins Plaza Inn Hotel
We had full management responsibilities for operating the lounge 7 nights a week
and all cash bar concessions in the banquet rooms for private parties We secured
and maintained our own liquor license for that period of time We purchased and
dispensed all alcohol for this location
Oct 1997 to present - Lopiano's Catering is currently operating all the Food and Beverage
Service at the Mad Russian Golf and Country Club in Milliken, CO We are open
For private events only, such as Weddings, Reunions, etc We have a 5 year
Contract at this facility
1994 to present - Lopiano's Catering has provided private Bartendmg service to individuals,
From Ft Collins and Northern Colorado to the Denver area We have aided
our customers with the purchase of alcohol for their event, rented or provided
them with glassware, set up and tear down of the bar, and provided the staff
and bartenders for the event
Lopiano's Catering has been catering special events at the Senior Center since it opened We are
very familiar with your facility and staff We have also provided catering inNorthern Colorado
for the past 10 years During our time at the Ft Collins Plaza Inn, we catered all types of events,
including Conferences, Meetings, Weddings, Socials, and Dances We specialize in Event
Planning and Weddings, which require attention to details and working closely with our
customers
We have full time bartenders on staff presently, as well as On Call Bartenders available as
needed They are trained in proper serving procedures and alcohol awareness Our staff is
required to wear our uniform. which consists of black slacks, white shirt and tie, and silver vest
I feel Lopiano's Catering is in a position to assume the responsibilities for the Liquor Concession
at the Senior Center We have applied for and receive 2 Liquor Licenses in the past, and I see
no reason why we would not be approved for a license at the Senior Center The cost estimate
for securing a Hotel and Restaurant License is approximately $3500 00 We are prepared to
purchase the license at this time We are also already set up to purchase alcohol from the
appropriate vendors
We at Lopiano's Catering would welcome the opportunity to provide the Bartendmg Concession
at the Senior Center, and we feel that we can do the job you are expecting We have enjoyed
working at your facility in the past and have built a good working relationship with your staff
