Travel Arrangers
Re P-687 Travel Management Services
The City of Fort Collins' new Travel Management Service providers, Choice Travel & Cruise
and New Horizons Travel, will begin handling the City's travel business effective November 1,
1998 These vendors were selected via Request for Proposal P-687, Travel Management
Services Travel arragners may use existing vendors until October 31, 1998
The new Travel contractors are expected to provide a high level of service and some
enhancements, such as the ability to use the internet for travel arrangements
One change to the Cdy's travel program is the Diner's Club card may now be used for car rental
and accomodations in addition to basic travel costs
Both new travel providers have offered to conduct some training and get -acquainted sessions
