Enclosed please find three signed and fully executed contracts, the original
insurance, and a copy of the sales order for the July 4th fireworks in Fort Collins.
Please keep these for your files, and return one of the contracts to us
I've also enclosed a site plan questionnaire to be completed and returned to me in
the envelope provided, and your earliest convenience. Our insurance company
requires us to keep this information on file.
