Re Bid #5263 Hauling
The City of Fort Collins has elected to renew Bid #5263 Hauling for the City of Fort Collins with
your firm The terms and conditions of 4 S rCne.3I.L„i ll c 'the same as stated In the original bid
documents with the following exception
1) The City will provide an eight percent (8%) bonus for all haulers that accumulate 100% or
more hours of the total average hours worked by all haulers The City will provide a four
percent (4%) bonus for all haulers that accumulate 95% to less than 100% of hours of the total
average hours worked by all haulers Bonuses for the season will be paid before December 15
of each renewal year
2) Haulers will be called for the working list in the order of the lowest responsible bidder to the
highest responsible bidder Haulers will remain working with the City as directed by the City
Representative(s) Haulers that choose to withdraw from the working list with the City will be
dropped to the call list in order of lowest responsible bidder to highest responsible bidder and
will be called only if a hauler leaves the working list or the City requires more trucks
If the renewal is acceptable to your firm, please sign this letter in the space provided and return
it along with a current copy of your insurance to the City of Fort Collins, Purchasing Division,
256 W Mountain, Fort Collins, CO 80521, before April 9, 1999
If this renewal is not acceptable with your firm, please send us a written notice stating that you
do not wish to renew the bid if you have any questions regarding this renewal, please contact
